This Week's Flavor:

Rainbow Burgers

How It's Made

This is where the MAGIC happens! After food is prepped and ready to go in, it's then placed in the freeze dryer. It quickly freezes to a low temperature of -40 F degrees (or lower!) allowing the flavors to lock in. Once frozen, the freeze dryer will then act as a vacuum. This allows the ice in the food to skip the melting stage, turning directly into vapor (this is called sublimation). Lastly, comes the drying and sealing stage! This completely turns the food into light, airy, and crispy bites. Once done, they're packaged and ready just for you!
